Account Executive II- Full Lifecycle (AE2)

ABOUT THE JOB
We are hiring a full lifecycle Account Executive to drive the pipeline & help cultivate new customers for SLOPE’s high growth trajectory. You will report to the Director of Sales and work directly to support lead generation & future business opportunities. This position is full time/hybrid and will require previous lead generation experience and a quota carrying sales role. The right candidate for this position will have a “can do” attitude & possess a persistent desire to be successful.
Responsibilities
- Own, develop and foster strong relationships with multiple customer buyers, executives, and Actuarial specific contacts
- Effectively communicate Slope’s value proposition and benefits across different personas
- Plan, develop and execute sales strategies to meet an established quota
- Engage prospects through outbound sales calls, emails & other social media channels
- Drive the conversion of your pipeline by managing deals from discovery, to pricing/deal negotiation and managing contract process
- Leverage sales tools to maximize outreach to the addressable market
- Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success to identify growth opportunities and drive customer success
- Maintain accurate data for all sales and prospecting activities in Hubspot
- Stay up to date with Insurance industry knowledge, trends and market developments
- Expected Travel: 15%
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Enterprise SaaS sales
- Enthusiasm for sales & 3+ years of experience in a B2B sales role
- TEAM Player
- Strong ability to handle objections & immediately provide value to a prospect
- Superior critical thinking skills & an ability to adapt to any sales environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desired Experience
- Insurance industry knowledge, preferably Life Insurance, Annuities, and/or Retirement Plans
- Proficiency in Sales tools: Hubspot, Zoom, Seamless, Excel
